The seller is very friendly and readily resolves any problems or questions that arise. Respect to him! The delivery is very fast. As for the robotic cleaner, it's perfect! It cleans excellently and is very powerful. The attached photos show that it holds up well on complex surfaces with joints and cleans as if it were a perfectly smooth surface. Another robotic cleaner couldn't handle it. Highly recommended, it's a great purchase!

It arrived in perfect condition. i used the robot and cleans very well. very good communication with the seller. i highly recommend this product and the shop.

The robot is great, and the seller is very kind, helped me tremendouly on chat to noperate and i really reccomend this company and products.

Cons:

1. Black rubber bits everywhere. The window stays dirtier than before cleaning because of that.

2. No spare rollers in the package. When they wear out, i cannot get new ones.

3. Cleaning pads' quality is worse than on my previous abir wd8. 3. The water spraying pattern is wider than the device itself. The water is sprayed far on the sides of the device, and the device leaves this water untouched, resulting in droplet stains.

4. The beeper sound is way too loud. I will have to disassemble the device to make it less loud. I understand that this is good for big houses, but it should have a volume regulator!

5. The corner "brushes" are worthless. I am mad at myself for falling for this marketing item. 6. Overall, the upgrade from abir wd8 is not worth it, alas.

Pros:

1. This one makes less noise.

2. The moving pattern is a bit better than wd8.

3. It is convenient to fill up water from the top rather than from the bottom.

The shipment took two months to ukraine!

The robot is excellent. The sensors are working 100%. The operating algorithms are clear. Water spraying at the highest level. It's great that the suction power is high. I tested the cleaner's performance on a window and a plastic wall in the kitchen. Cool. Something is being said in English. I once let a phrase slip out in Russian. How to switch completely to Russian? By the way, the cleaning rollers are a very good decision. Wipes from the very edge, right at the handle.
